Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Fluent English Call Center Speaker. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide support across various communication channels. You will represent Aura Communication with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Customer service experience and strong communication abilities
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a call center or customer care role is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a any related field
