Role: Accounting Expert (Super Star Program)

Payout: $100 – $300/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Accounting Expert (Super Star Program) to work on a contract basis. This expert will apply their accounting knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical staff to inform new research projects with expert domain knowledge, ultimately contributing to the development of reliable AI agents in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on complex accounting matters and high-stakes decision-making to support core team operations and drive business growth.
• Consult on client calls to evaluate and provide insights on potential new business pipelines, leveraging expertise to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with technical staff to inform new research projects with expert domain knowledge, ensuring that AI systems are trained on accurate and relevant financial data.
• Create and review sample scenarios and tasks to challenge and optimize accounting pipelines, promoting continuous improvement and refinement of AI models.
• Assess and articulate risk beyond compliance, proactively identifying potential issues and developing strategies to address them.

• Strong judgement and prioritization skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in accounting, with a deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry standards.
