The Execution & Operations Lead is responsible for owning and driving the execution of all approved projects across corporate gifts and events.
This role ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards by aligning production, procurement, logistics, and event teams under one clear execution plan.
The role focuses on operational control, coordination, and performance oversight, not hands-on production work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution Ownership
• Receive approved projects from Sales / Project Management
• Review BOQ and execution details
• Break down scope into actionable tasks
• Develop and manage detailed execution timelines
• Assign responsibilities across teams
• Track milestones and manage risks
• Provide regular status updates to leadership
2. Operational Oversight
• Review and approve production timelines
• Ensure branding and packaging standards are met
• Monitor vendor commitments and delivery schedules
• Approve setup plans for events
• Act as decision-maker during event execution when required
3. Performance & Quality Control
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets
• Maintain execution quality standards
• Minimize operational errors and last-minute escalations
• Drive post-project reviews to improve processes
Candidate Profile
• 4-7 years of experience in events, activations, or corporate gifting
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Leadership presence and decision-making confidence
