Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an E‑commerce Operations Coordinator. We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented E‑commerce Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations across marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms. This role focuses on order processing, returns management, and coordination with marketplace partners to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Monitor and process daily orders across e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces (Mirakl‑based platforms, Shopify)
Ensure orders are correctly synced, confirmed, and fulfilled
Investigate and resolve order issues such as duplicates, stock mismatches, or pricing discrepancies
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues efficiently
Returns & Refunds
Manage return requests (RMA) in line with marketplace policies
Track returned items and confirm receipt
Coordinate and process refunds accurately
Investigate disputed or missing returns and follow up with marketplaces and logistics partners
Marketplace Coordination
Communicate with marketplace support teams regarding orders, returns, deductions, and invoicing issues
Manage support tickets and ensure timely follow‑ups and resolutions
Support invoice checks related to returns and marketplace deductions
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and refunds
Identify recurring operational issues and escalate them internally
Support basic operational reporting using Excel (order volumes, return rates, discrepancies)
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, problem-solving, and improving operational processes
Clear and professional written and spoken communication in English
Experience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace support, or order management
Familiarity with Shopify and/or Mirakl marketplaces is a strong advantage
Good working knowledge of Google Sheet (filters, basic formulas, reconciliations)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and vendors
Proficiency in operations management and administrative tasks
Experience in customer service and resolving client inquiries effectively
Proficient in e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
