Dispatcher

🚛 We are looking for a results-driven Truck Dispatcher to manage up to 5 trucks and maximize weekly revenue..

🔹 Responsibilities:

– Find and book loads using load boards/tools
– Keep each truck earning $6,000+ per week
– Negotiate rates (minimum $2 per mile) and ensure load security
– Update driver status sheets and maintain strong communication
– Verify brokers, follow SOPs, and complete all required paperwork

💰 Compensation:

Base Salary:
$300 guaranteed base salary in USD
Base paid only if minimum commission target is met
If commission exceeds base → higher amount is paid
Commission Structure:
2% commission – First year
3% commission – Second year (for qualified, strong dispatchers)

✅ Requirements:

– Excellent English speaking
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple trucks efficiently
– Reliable, organized, and target-oriented
