Digital Marketing Specialist

SorsX is a fast-growing, AI-powered hiring platform transforming how companies find and assess talent. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong B2B SaaS background to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts in the EMEA region, while supporting global brand initiatives.

This is a remote, full-time role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, takes full ownership, and knows how to convert strategy into results.

What You’ll Own

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns — including complex sequences, nurture tracks, retargeting flows, and automation
Lead our content marketing efforts — from strategy and creation to distribution and performance tracking
Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates, engagement, and SEO performance
Drive SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and backlink building
Oversee organic social media growth across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and content
Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align messaging and campaign timing

You’re a Fit If You Have

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS
Deep experience with email automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
Proven success in content strategy, SEO, and conversion-optimized copywriting
Experience managing and optimizing landing pages and lead magnets
Comfortable managing organic social growth and community engagement
Strong eye for brand and ability to guide visuals, tone, and style
Fluent in English (written + verbal)
Thrive in remote startup environments and can work independently

Bonus Points

Familiar with tools like Webflow, Figma, Canva, Notion, or SEMrush
Experience in HR tech or marketing for AI platforms
