Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and growth efforts across social media and paid channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in digital marketing and media buying, but also capable of creating content, managing channels, and leveraging AI tools, especially for design, content production, and campaign execution.

What You Will Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Novay AI, you will be responsible for building and executing digital marketing strategies that increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing digital marketing plans for Novay AI and its products, including MyCalls AI.
Managing the company’s presence across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and others when relevant.
Creating high-quality marketing content, including post ideas, captions, campaign concepts, visuals, and promotional materials.
Running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across key platforms as a Media Buyer.
Monitoring campaign performance and improving conversion, reach, engagement, and lead quality.
Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Using AI tools to improve productivity and quality in content creation, design, ideation, and performance marketing workflows.
Supporting the visual direction of marketing materials and collaborating on designs, landing pages, and creative assets.
Analyzing performance data and preparing reports with clear recommendations for growth and improvement.
Contributing ideas for product positioning, audience targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Practical hands-on experience in media buying and managing paid campaigns.
Strong skills in content creation and digital storytelling.
Good understanding of how to manage and grow digital channels professionally.
Strong familiarity with AI tools, especially those used in marketing, content generation, and design.
Good visual sense and ability to create or direct marketing creatives effectively.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
A proactive mindset, high ownership, and the ability to work independently.
Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, or digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be a strong advantage if you have:

Experience marketing AI products, software solutions, or SaaS platforms.
Experience with tools for creative production, automation, analytics, and campaign management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience building a brand voice and translating technical products into attractive marketing messages.
