As our Digital Marketing Expert, you’ll lead marketing audits for a wide range of clients and turn complex performance data into clear, practical strategies. You’ll evaluate everything from SEO and paid media to content, email, and social – then build structured roadmaps that help brands improve results, sharpen positioning, and grow with confidence. You’ll also bring AI-powered tools into the mix to boost automation, improve targeting, and uncover deeper insights as the digital landscape evolves.

Your role:
Lead end-to-end digital marketing audits across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social
Evaluate multi-channel performance and identify quick wins and long-term opportunities
Create structured, actionable marketing roadmaps clients can actually execute
Assess website and SEO health, including technical SEO, UX, and site performance
Review and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for efficiency and impact
Improve content and email strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and retention
Benchmark competitor activity to uncover growth gaps and positioning opportunities
Apply AI-powered marketing tools to support automation, personalization, and reporting
Translate analytics into clear recommendations for both marketing teams and executives
Partner with internal Creative Directors and teams to align strategy with strong execution
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to keep clients ahead
What you bring:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, consulting, or performance marketing
Strong experience auditing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs
Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, content marketing, email, and funnel strategy
Confidence with analytics and insight tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and similar platforms
Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Persado, Phrasee, or similar)
Ability to connect performance data to real business outcomes and practical next steps
Excellent client-facing communication skills – you can simplify complex ideas without dumbing them down
Strong prioritization skills and comfort working across multiple projects and stakeholders
A strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
As we partner closely with clients across the U.S., we ask for at least 6 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to make collaboration easy and effective
