Job Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven technology company focused on government procurement intelligence. This role supports a critical data pipeline used to monitor and maintain accurate RFP information from government sources, helping ensure customers can reliably access opportunities and compete for government contracts through a highly structured, quality-driven workflow.

Role Overview

The Data QA & Admin Associate will support the ongoing quality assurance of government RFP data by managing document retrieval, validating data accuracy, and helping maintain the integrity of the platform’s data pipeline. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort navigating structured workflows, and proactive communication when identifying issues that may affect data completeness or system accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

RFP Document Retrieval

Log into assigned U.S. state, local, and education procurement websites daily to locate primary RFP documents, including navigating CAPTCHAs and login requirements.
Review multiple files to confirm the correct primary RFP document is identified and downloaded.
Upload the correct RFP document into the internal system and document issues such as access restrictions or broken links.
Complete all assigned opportunities by 8:00 AM US Eastern each day.

Website & Data Quality Assurance

Manually review government issuer websites, including cities, counties, and public authorities, to ensure no RFPs are missed.
Identify website changes or new URLs that may require updates to the scraping pipeline.
Log clear tickets for the engineering team regarding URL changes, missed opportunities, or data inconsistencies.
Validate that newly posted opportunities are accurately reflected in the system.
Identify recurring issues or patterns that may indicate gaps in data coverage.

Documentation & Process Adherence

Follow SOPs, checklists, and best practices for website navigation and data handling.
Track and report daily tasks to maintain transparency and accountability.
Communicate blockers, website issues, and edge cases clearly through Slack.
Suggest improvements that increase efficiency in process execution and data retrieval.

Qualifications

Experience

1+ years of experience in QA, administrative support, or data-related roles involving repetitive workflows and structured task execution.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow multi-step procedures accurately and consistently.
High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute proactively.
Comfortable navigating government websites, including platforms with CAPTCHAs, logins, and file downloads.
Good written English comprehension to interpret RFP titles, descriptions, and identify correct documents.
Reliable and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
Strong communication skills to clearly document issues and collaborate with the team.
Conscientious and methodical mindset with strong ownership of data quality and output.

What Success Looks Like

High success rate in correctly identifying and uploading the primary RFP document.
Low error rate in document classification, with continuous improvement in accuracy.
Proactive identification of website changes that improve coverage and data quality.
Clear and timely communication of blockers and issues with the engineering team.
Consistent achievement of daily output deadlines and service expectations.
