About the role
Our client is a leading provider of continuing education and professional development for health professionals. They empower therapists, practitioners, and instructors through high-quality, accredited courses that support clinical excellence and improved patient outcomes.
They’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support the maintenance and acquisition of course accreditations across allied health, mental health, and fitness disciplines. This role partners closely with the Accreditation Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and smooth accreditation workflows across a growing course catalog.
What You’ll Do
Research and synthesize accreditation and licensing requirements (APTA, AOTA, ASHA, NCCA, APA, NBCC, ASWB, and state boards).
Stay current on state and national continuing education and license renewal requirements.
Prepare, submit, and track accreditation applications and renewal reports.
Ensure all submissions meet accrediting body and regulatory standards.
Accurately maintain accreditation, course, and instructor data in internal systems.
Uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
Coordinate approval workflows and implement feedback from accrediting agencies.
Review course materials against accreditation criteria and document findings.
Collect and manage instructor CVs, credentials, and supporting documentation.
Communicate requirements clearly with instructors and internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
Experience in administrative support, accreditation, compliance, or educational environments.
Strong data entry and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with consistent deadline adherence.
High standards for accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
Familiarity with accreditation processes, document management systems, or professional education environments is a plus.
