We’re looking for a Data Analyst Specialist to join our global team and help us elevate how we use data to drive smarter decisions, improve contractors experience, and scale effectively.
⭐ About the Role:
As a Data Analyst Specialist , you’ll play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to build dashboards, analyze trends, and influence strategic decisions across the organization.
📌 What You’ll Do:
🔹 Collect, analyze, and interpret TM data from multiple Back-office databases sources.
🔹 Build dashboards and reports that are clear, insightful, and user-friendly.
🔹 Identify patterns in onboarding , retention, performance, and engagement.
🔹 Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
🔹 Define and track key TM metrics that drive organizational success.
🔹 Recommend improvements to talent strategies, processes, and culture.
🔹 Stay up to date with best practices in people analytics.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analysis & reporting.
✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Driven projects / People Analytics.
✔️ Experience working with big date-base.
✔️ Familiarity with tools like Looker, Power BI, Excel, or similar.
✔️ Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
✔️ Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
✔️ English level B2 or higher (mandatory requirement).
✔️ Curiosity, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset.
