📍 Location: Egypt (Full-time, Night shift: 16:00–00:00 with rotational Sunday shift)

About the Role
As our Customer Support Operator, you will be on the front lines of our user experience. Supporting customers with empathy and clarity, identifying friction points, and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make a Difference
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and empathetic support
Investigate and resolve issues using internal tools, partners, and stakeholders
Identify patterns in support requests and share insights to inform product and operations improvements
Document and improve operational processes, knowledge resources, and SOPs
Collaborate cross-functionally to test and refine new features and processes

What We’re Looking For
Experience in fintech with a solid understanding of payment infrastructure
Experience using Intercom (or similar tools) to support users
Strong written communication — you write with both warmth and precision
You spot patterns, take ownership of improvements, and learn fast
Comfortable following processes and challenging them when needed
