Role Description
Onboard New Clients – Guide customers through the setup process, ensuring a smooth and personalized onboarding experience.
Build Strong Relationships – Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our product.
Proactively Solve Issues – Address customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
Drive Product Adoption – Educate clients on best practices, new features, and workflow optimizations.
Monitor Customer Health – Track engagement, identify at-risk customers, and take proactive steps to ensure retention.
Advocate for Customers – Gather feedback and work closely with product and support teams to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
🔹 Experience – 1-3 years in customer success, account management, or a similar role in SaaS.
🔹 Communication Skills – English language fluency & exceptional verbal and written communication to engage with clients effectively,
🔹 Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to identify challenges and implement creative solutions.
🔹 Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, help desk software, and understanding SaaS workflows.
🔹 Customer-Focused Attitude – Passion for helping customers succeed and a proactive approach to relationship management.
Requirements
🔹 Work From Home – Comfortably working from home with no background noise
🔹 Timezone – Ability to work PST timezone, starting 6 PM Egypt time.
🔹 Landline stable internet for uninterrupted meetings & success calls ( we recommend 20/2 DL/UP)
