Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Remote English Speaking Customer Service Specialist that also speak English fluently with clients in English. We help local businesses get more customers with Ai automations. You will work remotely, providing support to clients while communicating with our team. Fluent English is a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage USA client accounts
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
Maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated issues
Write clear and concise emails and messages
Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Friendly and customer-focused
Working remotely from home
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Reliable internet and home office setup
