About the Role
This is a Junior – full-time remote (as of now) role for a customer service representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer support interactions, maintaining service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding and solving customer needs.
Required Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring a positive service journey
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience using customer service software and tools
A high level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a customer service role.
