We are expanding our Customer Experience team and are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Egypt or Jordan to support our growing customer base.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience in customer support, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or service-driven environments.
This role will work directly with the Head of Customer Service, supporting daily operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Own
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Resolve order, delivery, payment, and product-related issues
• Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support
• Escalate complex cases to the Head of Customer Service when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and case notes
• Support refunds, returns, and exchanges processes
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, and tech teams
• Meet response time and quality SLAs
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills (Arabic required; English a strong plus)
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or call center environments preferred
• Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working with CRM and support tools
• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
