What you’ll be doing?
🔸 Respond to customer inquiries via written channels only (email, chat, tickets, social platforms).
🔸 Provide clear, friendly, and accurate support in both English and Arabic, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
🔸 Resolve customer issues by following internal guidelines and escalating complex cases when needed.
🔸 Keep records up to date by documenting interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
🔸 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent solutions for customers.
🔸 Maintain high quality standards, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
🔸 Continuously learn about the client’s products, services, and updates to better assist customers.
About you
✍️ You have experience in customer service or a strong interest in written customer support.
✍️ Your English is at B2 level (written), and your Arabic is C1–C2 level (written), with excellent grammar and clarity.
✍️ You’re comfortable communicating only in writing—no calls or voice support involved.
✍️ You’re detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
✍️ You’re familiar with CRM tools, helpdesk platforms, or are quick to learn new systems.
✍️ You can manage multiple conversations at once while staying organized and calm.
✍️ You’re proactive, reliable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
