What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok post
Handle customer DMs (order inquiries, shipping questions, sizing help, frustrated customers)
Engage with the community in a way that builds brand loyalty
Maintain a warm, witty, empathetic tone that matches Comfrt’s premium brand voice
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English — native-level fluency required
Deep understanding of American culture, humor, and slang
Experience with social media community management or customer-facing role
Ability to handle frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
Quick thinking and natural writing ability — no copy-paste template
Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or specific weekdays (Monday/Friday)
