Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Customer Service Agent fluent in English, based in Alexandria. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and remotely
Prior experience in a customer service-related role is a plus
