Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking a Consultant Expert to contribute advanced financial expertise to AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex financial data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help refine AI models by creating rubrics and frameworks that ensure accuracy, risk assessment, and actionable insights in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to inform AI model development.
Collaborate with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria for enhanced model performance.
Apply finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in clear written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute thought leadership to define best practices at the intersection of finance and AI.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Monitor industry developments and update models and rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field
Minimum 3 years of consulting or finance experience
Proven ability to analyze financial statements, data, and market indicators
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for evaluating financial scenarios
Strong collaborative skills for remote, cross-functional teamwork
Adaptability to evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or related field
7+ years of professional experience in consulting or finance
Experience collaborating with AI, data science, or technology teams
