Our client for this role is a women‑led media and membership company that supports women founders through community, education, and visibility. Their flagship offering combines expert‑led virtual events, peer‑to‑peer networking, and exclusive media opportunities to help women scale their businesses and build meaningful connections.

 

We are hiring a Community Coordinator to support the daily operations and growth of our fast-paced, women-led startup. This role sits at the intersection of community engagement, content coordination, and event logistics. You’ll work closely with the Director of Membership & Community to manage communications, streamline content updates, and deliver an outstanding experience to our members across multiple digital platforms including Circle, ClickUp, Notion, Instagram, and Webflow.

 

Need to Have Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a virtual/executive assistant or community coordinator.
Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or dynamic team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (grammar + formatting).
Proficiency in G-Suite (especially Google Sheets & Calendar).
Comfortable with platforms like Zoom, Circle, Typeform, Klaviyo.
Project management experience using ClickUp or similar tools.
Self-starter mindset: proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Able to manage multiple digital platforms simultaneously.

Nice to Have Qualifications

Experience with Canva and basic graphic content creation.
Experience updating websites via Webflow or similar CMS.
Familiarity with Notion and managing community-based portals.
Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
Background in event coordination and/or online communities.
Passion for supporting women-led initiatives and entrepreneurship.
HubSpot experience (CRM, lists, email campaigns).

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the community content calendar (Circle, Instagram, email).
Draft and schedule posts, events, and announcements across internal platforms.
Create and update Google Docs/ClickUp templates for internal/external event processes.
Post and update event listings on Circle and Webflow.
Handle onboarding and ongoing communication with members via Slack, email, and Notion.
Manage RSVPs and registration links for public-facing events.
Create plug-and-play event graphics using Canva templates.
Maintain project/task trackers, handle data entry and cleanup.
Schedule member content on LinkedIn and coordinate across internal teams.
