Responsibilities:
Manage and execute outbound collection calls to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
Handle objections calmly and remain composed under pressure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Collaborate with the team to improve collection strategies and resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in collections or debt recovery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Confident, resilient, and not easily shaken by challenging calls.
Strong motivation, persistence, and a positive attitude.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
