We are a growing tech startup building modern, cloud-native systems. We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system reliability.
This role combines cloud computing, DevOps practices, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with a strong focus on building scalable, observable, and highly available production systems.
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools
Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Monitor cloud systems for performance, availability, and cost optimization
Improve system reliability, scalability, and security
Automate operational tasks and reduce manual processes
Collaborate with development teams to improve cloud and DevOps practices
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and infrastructure issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
2+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with Docker and container-based deployments
Working knowledge of Kubernetes
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud security and IAM best practices
Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud-native monitoring
Experience with microservices architectures
DevSecOps or cloud security experience
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
