Location: Remote (within a 3-hour window of CET time)
Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Scarpel Telecom is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Client Success Manager who knows the A2P messaging world inside out.

If you’ve spent the past few years managing enterprise clients, helping them grow and get real results from their messaging solutions, this might be the perfect next step.

You’ll take ownership of a global portfolio of enterprise clients across industries like fintech, iGaming, and crypto, ensuring they get top-tier service, long-term results, and a partner they can rely on.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow enterprise accounts in A2P messaging
Identify opportunities to expand SMS traffic and strengthen partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Build relationships that drive real retention and measurable impact

What we’re looking for

3+ years in A2P SMS, with at least 2 years managing direct/enterprise clients
Strong understanding of A2P SMS flows, delivery performance, and client lifecycle management
A mix of commercial focus and relationship-building skills
