We are a rapidly scaling UK-based agency specialising in premium aesthetic clinics. Your role is simple but high-stakes: turn inbound treatment enquiries into qualified, prepaid clinic appointments at volume.

🎯 Mission of the Role
Drive consistent weekly bookings into our partner clinics by speaking with leads who have requested information on treatments such as skin tightening, hydration facials, RF microneedling, and body contouring.
Your target is to convert fresh and follow-up leads into consultations with deposits, using our proven scripts, rebuttal handling, and follow-up cadence.
Internal success benchmark: “120+ new patient bookings per month with deposit”

What You’ll Be Doing
Call inbound and aged leads immediately and double-dial to maximise pickup
Book consultations with deposit directly into clinic calendars
Follow our BAMFAM principle: Book A Meeting From A Meeting
Execute daily follow-ups to re-engage leads who didn’t book the first time
Attend daily sales training calls and call audits
Submit end-of-day reporting and communication logs accurately
Represent our clinics professionally and consultatively across voice, SMS, and email
KPIs & Expectations
You will be measured on:
Deposit-backed bookings
Double-dial speed and responsiveness
Script execution
Call talk-time and average call gap
EOD accuracy and professionalism
Internal KPI reference: 6 appointments per day, 120 per month on average

Required Skills
Fluent English (neutral clarity expected)
Strong communication and telephone presence
Sales or appointment-setting background (mandatory)
Quiet workspace, working headset, reliable internet
Ability to follow proven call frameworks without deviation
Schedule
Working hours aligned with UK BST
Set weekly shift (no rotation once assigned)
Full-time availability required during your slot
Compensation
$7/hr base
$5 per attended appointment
Uncapped earnings potential
Bi-weekly pay
OTE reference from CSR system: $1,600–$2,000+ possible for strong performers
