Claude AI, Automation & Creative Technology Specialist
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Claude AI, Automation & Creative Technology Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the implementation, integration, and continuous development of AI-powered workflows across our organization.
The ideal candidate must be an advanced, hands-on user of Anthropic Claude and its ecosystem, with strong technical knowledge of coding, GitHub, APIs, MCP, connectors, automation, and AI agents, combined with practical experience using AI for design, video, content creation, and digital media production.
This is not a basic prompt-engineering role. We are looking for someone who actively works with the latest Claude capabilities, experiments with new releases and features, and can turn them into practical systems and workflows for the business.
What You’ll Do
→ Claude AI ExpertiseAct as the organization’s in-house Claude expert and maintain advanced knowledge of Claude models, Claude Code, APIs, agentic capabilities, computer use, connectors, MCP, skills, integrations, and newly released features.
→ Claude Code & DevelopmentUse Claude Code extensively for software development, debugging, automation, code generation, system configuration, and managing technical projects.
→ GitHub & Version ControlCreate, configure, and manage GitHub repositories, branches, commits, pull requests, deployments, documentation, and AI-assisted development workflows.
→ API & SDK IntegrationBuild and maintain integrations using the Claude API and relevant Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript SDKs.
→ MCP, Connectors & External SystemsConfigure and develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and connectors that allow Claude to securely interact with databases, files, APIs, cloud services, business applications, and internal systems.
→ AI Agents & AutomationDesign agentic and multi-agent workflows capable of executing complex, multi-step tasks with minimal manual intervention.
→ Computer Use & Remote Task ExecutionImplement Claude’s computer-use capabilities and available remote task/delegation features to automate browser, desktop, administrative, and operational workflows.
→ Prompt & Context EngineeringDesign advanced system prompts, reusable instructions, skills, context structures, and workflows for complex business requirements.
→ RAG, Knowledge & Memory SystemsBuild Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge bases, document retrieval systems, and memory architectures that allow Claude to work effectively with organizational information.
→ Documents & DataUse Claude for advanced analysis and generation involving PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, images, large datasets, and other business files.
→ Canva & Creative ToolsUse Canva and other AI-powered creative platforms to produce professional presentations, social media content, advertisements, visual assets, and branded materials.
→ AI Video & Media ProductionWork with Claude alongside modern AI video, image, voice, and media-generation platforms to develop professional digital content.
→ Content CreationUse AI to support the complete content-production process, including research, concepts, scripts, storyboards, social media posts, visual directions, video concepts, captions, and campaign materials.
→ Workflow AutomationIdentify repetitive processes across the organization and transform them into efficient AI-powered or automated workflows.
→ Deployment & InfrastructureAssist with deploying AI applications and automations to cloud or server environments and connecting them with existing company systems.
→ Model EvaluationEvaluate Claude models and configurations based on reasoning quality, speed, context requirements, reliability, and cost to determine the appropriate solution for each use case.
→ Testing & OptimizationContinuously test prompts, agents, integrations, and workflows and improve their accuracy, reliability, security, and efficiency.
→ Research & Continuous LearningStay continuously updated on Anthropic and Claude releases, Claude Code updates, MCP developments, connectors, new models, beta features, AI development tools, and emerging creative AI technologies.
Required Skills & Experience

What We’re Looking ForWe are particularly interested in someone who:✓ Is genuinely an advanced Claude power user, not simply familiar with ChatGPT-style prompting.✓ Can independently build a Claude-based solution from concept to working implementation.✓ Is equally comfortable working with code, AI tools, automation, and creative media.✓ Understands how to connect multiple AI tools and business systems into one practical workflow.✓ Has a strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.✓ Regularly follows new developments in Claude, Anthropic, AI agents, automation, coding, and generative media.✓ Can research and quickly learn newly released AI tools and features without requiring extensive training.✓ Can demonstrate previous projects, repositories, automations, AI workflows, or creative AI work.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with additional AI and automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, databases, web development, video-production tools, image-generation platforms, and enterprise AI deployments will be considered a strong advantage.
A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of previous Claude/AI projects will be highly preferred.
