Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Campaign Coordinator & Copywriter to join our marketing team. In this role, you will primarily focus on planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, while also creating compelling bilingual content (Arabic and English) that drives engagement and results.

 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with consistent messaging, and maximum impact. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at project management and has strong copywriting skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Coordination & Execution

Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, SMS, WhatsApp, app, and performance ads)
Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Performance Marketing, and Business teams to align on objectives, messaging, and creative direction
Coordinate stakeholder feedback, approvals, and revisions efficiently
Track campaign progress, monitor risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Support campaign reporting by collecting performance data and contributing to post-campaign analysis and insights
2. Copywriting & Content Creation

Develop engaging, clear, and persuasive copy in both Arabic and English for:
App content, push notifications, and in-app banners
Social media posts, captions, and advertising creatives
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Adapt tone of voice and messaging according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Ensure cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and effective localization for Arabic and English audiences
Optimize copy based on performance insights, audience behavior, and A/B testing results
Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in campaign coordination, project management, or marketing operations (experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is strongly preferred)
Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English with a strong portfolio demonstrating bilingual content
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) – native or near-native level in at least one
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and campaign lifecycle
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, grocery, quick commerce, or app-based businesses
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates, open rates, engagement, etc.)
Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Asana, Jira, or similar
Basic knowledge of creative tools (Figma, Canva) is a plus
