Oaktree Equity is a real estate company based in the US. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Cold Caller to join our team.

Type: Full-time – FULLY REMOTE

Salary: $423 USD plus bonus up to $50 -$75 month

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list of leads.

Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally

Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, promotions, and services

Qualify inbound leads and convert them into completed sales

Build and maintain positive relationships with contacts.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.

Quiet, interruption free work area at home.

Must have a reliable internet connection.

Completion of an internet speed test (it’s required). Upload: 5.00 Mbp, Download: 10.00 Mbps.

Noise canceling headsets are a must, we can work with them if they don’t have noise-canceling headsets provided they get them promptly.
