Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and develop relationships with local agencies, hosts, streamers, creators, and strategic partners in Egypt.
Source new business opportunities and support the expansion of StarMaker’s local user and creator ecosystem.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Negotiate and coordinate partnership terms, campaigns, incentives, and operational requirements.
Operations & Partner Management
Manage day-to-day operations for local partners, hosts, and agencies.
Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management of partners.
Monitor partner and host performance, identify issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
Ensure campaigns, events, rewards, and operational activities are executed accurately and on time.
Campaign & User Growth
Work with internal teams to develop localized campaigns, events, and promotional activities for the Egyptian market.
Coordinate with hosts, creators, and agencies to drive participation and user engagement.
Develop creative business initiatives based on product features, user behavior, and market trends.
Track campaign results and provide recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, Live Streaming, Social Media, Gaming, or Digital Entertainment.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Good understanding of social media, creator/streamer ecosystems, and digital entertainment trends.
Existing relationships with local agencies, streamers, hosts, creators, or online communities.
Experience working with live-streaming, social audio/video, gaming, or entertainment platforms.
Experience managing creator/host agencies or partnership networks.
Data-driven mindset with experience using Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools.
