Job Description

BDM’s are Zeal’s front line with clients and their first point of contact. Every BDM strives to have a positive impact on the client’s experience with Zeal. Giving each client added value through knowledge, trust, and support. All while clearly impacting Zeal’s bottom line through an increase in accounts, deposits, and revenues.

Roles And Responsibilities

Set meetings and build relationships with potential Introducing Brokers who may have clients interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
On-board IB’s and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues.
Identify and target known Money Managers and IB’s in the Egyptian and MENA markets
Use Telegram and other Social Media channels to influence IB’s to join Zeal by offering them the company’s competitive rebate program.
Organically build a book of business through relationships in and outside the market targeting potential IB’s from multiple industries.
Determine customers’ trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
Cross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold to grow their business and walk them through the client growth life cycle.
Negotiate rebate and markup terms and/or services with IBs
Stay up to date on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices
Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies
Explain stock market terms or trading practices to clients
Answer customers’ questions about spreads and trading conditions at Zeal.
Attend industry and company events to source own potential clients as directed by management.
Achieve sales targets including:
No. of Funded Accounts
Gross Deposits
Weekly Meetings
Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss how Zeal can meet their needs
Develop sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications
Maintain customer records by using the CRM and logging communication.
Receive and follow-up on clients funding, volume, and new account activations.

Requirements

4 years of extensive experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement:

Financial markets knowledge in FX, Stocks, Commodities

Technical and Fundamental analysis
