BULK builds employee rewards infrastructure for structured, recurring programs. We’re looking for a part-time BD associate to help us reach HR/Finance leaders in Saudi companies with 50+ employees and book qualified intro calls.
What you’ll do
Build targeted lead lists (KSA, 50+ employees)
Outreach via LinkedIn + email (templates + direction provided)
Qualify leads before booking (size, current setup, pain points, decision maker)
Schedule calls + keep clean notes in a simple CRM/Sheet
Weekly update on activity + outcomes

Outbound that doesn’t sound spammy
Organized (CRM discipline matters)
Hours / setup
10–15 hrs/week, remote (Egypt)
Overlap with KSA time preferred

Compensation
Base + performance bonus (shared after short screening).
