Quality for All (QFA) is a specialized platform in quality and management systems, active since 2017.

Since its foundation, QFA has operated as a non-profit initiative, delivering high-value knowledge, training, and educational content free of charge to professionals across the Arab world.

Over the years, we have delivered:

300+ training programs
250+ lectures
Reaching 10,000+ professionals across 31+ countries
Today, QFA is entering a new strategic phase — transitioning into a partially monetized model to ensure sustainability and scale, while maintaining its core mission of accessible knowledge.

We are officially accredited by the National Institute for Quality and are actively working toward additional international accreditations as part of our 2030 vision.

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer to support our expansion in training and consulting services.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to growth, partnerships, and market expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies and institutions
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Promote QFA training, qualification, and consulting services
Contribute to growth strategies and market positioning
Support the expansion of quality and management systems services

Important Note

Priority will be given to candidates with a background in:

Quality Management
ISO Standards & Management Systems
Training or Consulting in Quality-related fields
Candidates without relevant exposure to quality systems may not be considered.

We already have a defined pipeline, ongoing partnerships, and active opportunities ready to be executed. The first 3 months will be commission-based as part of a structured growth phase, with strong potential to transition into a fixed or hybrid model for high performers.

 

Requirements

Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of corporate environments and decision-making processes
Previous exposure to quality, ISO, or management systems is highly preferred
