Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Broker to acquire clients interested in renting professional workspaces and telecommunication facilities.
This is a commission-based opportunity with a highly attractive earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and acquire new clients seeking workspace and telecommunication solutions
Promote and sell rental packages that include:
-Workstations
-Fully equipped contact center devices and software
-Additional business facilities and services
2) Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
3) Requirements:
-Strong sales and negotiation skills
-Excellent communication and networking abilities
-Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Experience in telecommunications, real estate brokerage, or B2B sales is a plus
