Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist / Client Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in B2B sales and BPO client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to close high-value deals while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and acquire new B2B clients for BPO services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and tailor QTS solutions accordingly.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales and BPO client acquisition (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Strong business development mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
Prove record of grabbing new clients
Compensation & Growth
💰 All payments (commissions, bonuses), are in USD.
Freelance, commission-based role (no fixed salary in the beginning).

Our Hiring Process
