What You’ll Do
As our Bookkeeping Accountant, you’ll be the financial backbone for diverse businesses. You will:
Maintain comprehensive financial records ensuring full compliance with KSA accounting standards and ZATCA regulations
Process complex transactions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and multi-currency operations
Manage complete VAT lifecycle including calculations, filings, and compliance with current 15% VAT requirements
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
Lead bank reconciliations and cash flow management for growing businesses
Coordinate audit processes and provide detailed audit support documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting workflows and implement process improvements
Provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions
The Ideal Candidate Has
5+ years of progressive accounting/bookkeeping experience with proven KSA market expertise
Advanced proficiency in modern accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex financial modeling
Deep understanding of ZATCA requirements, VAT compliance, and Saudi tax regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Collaborative approach and ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
