Booking Agent & Business Development Representative

CHOSEN is a rising Saudi DJ, producer and sound designer, with appearances across MDLBEAST’s Beast House, Desert Sound, Riyadh Season and the Esports World Cup. The business also provides professional audio solutions for events across Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a remote Booking Agent & Business Development Representative to identify opportunities and manage client communication from initial outreach through deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Research relevant events, hotels, resorts, brands and event agencies in Saudi Arabia.

• Identify the actual decision-makers responsible for entertainment and artist bookings.

• Understand each client’s needs and write personalized outreach in professional English.

• Manage emails, follow-ups, meetings and negotiations within approved pricing guidelines.

• Maintain an organized record of leads, communication and results.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation or cold outreach.

• Strong research, communication and follow-up skills.

• Familiarity with the GCC, hospitality, music or events industry is preferred.

• Arabic is an advantage but not required.

Compensation

• Remote and flexible independent contract.

• This is a fully commission-based independent contractor role with no fixed salary. Commission is paid only on successfully closed and collected deals.

• 10% commission on artist bookings successfully closed and collected.

• The average one-day artist booking is approximately USD 800, providing an estimated USD 80 commission per successful booking, with higher earnings on larger projects.

• Audio and production projects offer an additional commission based on net profit, agreed before each proposal.

Growth Opportunity

Outstanding performance may lead to a permanent, well-paid position as the business expands into a series of music events in Riyadh. A future relocation opportunity to Saudi Arabia may also be considered, subject to performance, business requirements and applicable regulations.
