About this position
The International Sales Development Representative will support companies pursuing global growth by identifying new opportunities and building early-stage relationships. This role focuses on outbound engagement, lead qualification, and market intelligence to support international sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound outreach to prospective clients and partners via phone, email, and other channels
Engage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, guiding prospects through the sales funnel
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and responsiveness
Research international markets to uncover new leads and expansion opportunities
Support the planning and execution of cross-border sales strategies
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to executives
Terms & Conditions
Engagement type: Full-time contractor
Contract term: 6 months (with automatic renewal upon mutual agreement)
Work schedule: 30–40 hours per week; flexible hours depending on project needs
Hourly rate: ¥400–¥500 JPY per hour (approximately 121.54 EGP)
What we expect from you
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
Demonstrated success in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation
Availability for long-term engagement (1 year or longer)
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Fluency in English and Arabic (business-level proficiency)
Experience with clerical and administrative responsibilities
Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational abilities
High attention to detail
Working knowledge of Google Workspace
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Access to a personal computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet environment suitable for video conferencing
