You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers navigate the complexities of automotive parts and products.
If you speak English and Spanish fluently and can talk shop about engines, brakes, and transmissions, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
Expert Consultation: Act as a technical guide, helping customers identify the exact parts and products required for their specific vehicle make and model.
Bilingual Communication: Seamlessly handle inbound calls and written inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Sales & Logistics: Manage the full order lifecycle—from processing new sales to handling returns and exchanges—with high accuracy.
Problem Solving: Turn frustrated customers into loyal fans by resolving issues with empathy and technical precision.
Team Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with our remote team to ensure a gold-standard customer experience.
Shift & Schedule (EST)
This is a full-time, 6-day-per-week position.
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Sundays Off).
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM USA Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Cairo Time Equivalent: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
Reliability: Absolute punctuality is required. This is a high-volume shift that depends on your presence.
