Role Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and related financial transactions with accuracy.
Provide professional customer support through written and verbal communication channels.
Verify, balance, and maintain accurate transaction records in line with compliance standards.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
Resolve transaction discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required.
Support operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational discipline.
Proficiency with digital banking platforms, office software, and remote tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Solid problem-solving skills and comfort handling sensitive financial data.
Understanding of basic banking compliance and record-keeping practices.
