Startupr is a startup focused operating company building outbound infrastructure for B2B companies. We generate pipeline for startups and growth stage businesses through direct outbound execution, mainly cold calling and appointment setting. We’re scaling our cold calling vertical and need setters who deliver consistent, qualified meetings for our clients.

This is not a generic SDR seat. It’s a specialized appointment setting role for someone who thrives on live conversations, controls a call, and measures themselves by booked meetings that happen, not dials.

☎️ WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Make high volume outbound cold calls to US and international B2B decision makers across industries

– Qualify prospects against each client’s specific ICP live on the call

– Handle objections confidently and turn skeptical prospects into booked meetings

– Own what happens after the call. Confirm, remind, and reschedule the prospect until the meeting actually happens, then hand off cleanly to the client

– Schedule qualified appointments directly on client or internal calendars

– Log every call and outcome accurately in CRM (Attio) and your dialer (Trellus)

– Join call reviews, script iteration, and feedback loops

💰 HOW YOU ARE PAID (USD, uncapped)

Commission role. Your output is your income.

– $30 for every qualified meeting (a meeting that actually happens and is genuinely qualified)

– Plus a $100 weekly bonus for every week you deliver 3 or more qualified meetings

📈 What that looks like in practice, USD per month:

3 qualified meetings a week: from about $820 a month

5 a week: from about $1,080 a month

8 a week: from about $1,470 a month

10 a week: from about $1,730 a month

12 a week: from about $2,000 a month

No cap, no ceiling. A focused setter on a good list books a qualified meeting roughly every 3 hours of calling, so your income scales with your effort. Many agencies here pay a flat salary with a hard ceiling. We don’t cap you.

✅ WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED MEETING (zero ambiguity)

You get clear criteria with no guessing. A meeting is qualified when all three of these are true:

1. The prospect fits the client’s ICP, which we define up front for every campaign

2. The meeting actually happened and they showed up

3. The prospect showed genuine interest in the client’s solution

Meetings that don’t happen, prospects who don’t fit, and calls with no real interest don’t count. Because we define the ICP before you dial, there’s never a debate about what qualifies.

📊 THE WEEKLY KPI (how the bonus works)

– Hit 3 or more qualified meetings in a week and you earn that week’s $100 bonus on top of your per meeting pay

– Below 3 that week, you still earn $30 per qualified meeting, just no weekly bonus

– Bonuses are tracked weekly and paid out monthly, in USD

– 3 a week is the floor of a solid setter. Our target performers clear it comfortably and push well beyond it

– Confident, natural English on the phone. You don’t sound scripted or robotic

– You handle rejection without losing momentum

– You know what a qualified meeting is and won’t book garbage to hit a number

– You run your own day: organized, reliable, and consistent in a remote setup. You care about conversion, not dial count

📋 REQUIREMENTS

– 1 or more years in appointment setting, 3 or more years in cold calling

– Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent, since you will call US decision makers

– Available for US business hours, which is evening and night shift Cairo time

– Reliable high speed internet plus a backup for power or connection, a quiet space, a quality headset, and a laptop

– Comfortable with CRM and dialers such as Attio, Trellus, Apollo, or similar
