Duration: 3 month extendable contract Remote based role

As a Tools & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining company-wide operations by managing tools, integrations, and system budgets. You will drive efficiency through automation, optimize workflows across departments, and ensure that continues to operate with speed and precision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, configuring systems, and improving processes through technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recommend, configure, and implement productivity and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Manage budgets and cost optimization for company-wide technology solutions.
Oversee and drive integration and migration of systems across departments.
Drive process improvement initiatives through automation and workflow optimization.
Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure seamless collaboration by maintaining integrations between key tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in tools management, process automation, or system integration.
Hands-on expertise with automation and workflow platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier,
Salesforce).
Strong knowledge of integration best practices and tool configuration.
Ability to manage budgets for tools and optimization projects.
Proven experience improving processes through automation.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
