Role: Audio Production Specialist

Create professional audio tracks and document complete production workflows. Showcase your full mixing process from initial layering through final mastering.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Track Audio Production – Build complete audio projects using industry-standard DAWs from initial sound layering through final mix and mastering delivery.
Workflow Documentation – Articulate creative decisions, experimentation techniques, and problem-solving through clear written and verbal process explanations.
Sound Layering & Refinement – Layer multiple audio elements, apply dynamic processing, EQ, compression, and effects for professional-grade results.
Quality Assurance – Ensure final mixes meet industry standards for clarity, balance, dynamics, and artistic integrity across playback systems.
Asset Organization – Organize, label, and export audio stems, sessions, and final masters for seamless team handoff and archiving.
Required Skills
Professional audio production and mixing experience
Proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper, Ableton, similar)
Strong understanding of audio processing (EQ, compression, reverb, automation)
Complete project workflow experience (tracking through mastering)
Excellent written communication explaining production choices
Multi-genre production capability (music, podcasts, sound design)

Weekly Workflow Example (15 hours)
Mon (2h): Project planning + initial layering
