Teraleads is a leading marketing agency based in Dubai, operating remotely to deliver innovative solutions. We are developing an AI-powered CRM product for multiple industries requiring enhanced customer engagement and business management.
We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer to deliver a production-ready Arabic prompt library for our CRM. This role is centered on translating, testing, and optimizing the prompts that power our CRM, ensuring all AI-generated outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with core business objectives.
What you’ll do
Translate and Localize: Translate and localize all existing prompts into Arabic.
Arabic Prompt Testing: Test each prompt in Arabic to validate accuracy, relevance, and tonal alignment.
Iteration and Refinement: Iterate on prompts until they reach an agreed quality standard.
AI Output Quality Assurance: Optimize AI-generated content to ensure precision, pertinence, and adherence to established tonal guidelines.
Application-Specific Calibration: Calibrate and fine-tune prompts for specialized applications, including conversational agents, process automation tools, and decision support systems.
Strategic Business Alignment: Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure that all AI outputs are congruent with overarching organizational strategic objectives.
Documentation and Delivery: Deliver the final prompt library and document any language-specific adjustments made during localization.
What we’re looking for
Prompt Engineering Expertise: Strong experience in prompt design and AI-driven content optimization.
Data Handling: Experience with JSON for data manipulation and API integration.
AI/LLM Expertise: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), including proprietary models like OpenAI GPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as various Open Source Models.
NLP and Model Tuning: Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and model fine-tuning.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
AI/ML Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
RAG and Vector Databases: Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Multilingual Skills: Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish) for prompt localization and multilingual testing.
