Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for our sales team.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is strong in communication, organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other outbound channels
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested prospects
Qualify leads based on company criteria
Book meetings and appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations in the CRM
Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize booked calls
Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointment times
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and booking targets
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Provide feedback on lead generation campaigns, messaging, and objections heard from prospects

Requirements:

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with decision-makers
Ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving forward
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and sales tools
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience booking appointments for B2B sales teams
Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly, or similar platforms
Background in cold outreach, lead qualification, or inside sales
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email follow-up strategies

Consistently hitting appointment-setting targets
Maintaining a high response and conversion rate from outreach
Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate and updated
Creating a positive first impression with potential clients
