About The Role
We are hiring an Outbound Business Expansion Representative to identify and engage qualified individuals for a premium home-building expansion opportunity. This role is 100% cold outbound, using Apollo to source, enrich, and contact prospective candidates.
You will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying interest and financial fit, and setting high-quality appointments for the sales director.
This role requires comfort with cold outreach and rejection. Candidates who prefer inbound leads or warm marketing-driven sales may not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and SMS using Apollo
Research and target individuals who align with our ideal candidate profile
Initiate consultative conversations focused on long-term business ownership goals
Qualify prospects on motivation, experience, and financial readiness
Book qualified appointments with senior leadership or closing specialists
Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Follow structured follow-up sequences to nurture cold prospects into warm opportunities
Consistently meet daily and weekly outbound activity and appointment KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–3+ years experience in cold outbound sales or appointment setting
Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and handling objections
Confident discussing high-ticket financial opportunities with individuals
Strong phone presence and conversational control
Experience using Apollo.io or similar outbound platforms (required or strongly preferred)
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven in a remote environment
Background in real estate, construction, home services, or investment-related sales is a plus
