Position: Appointment Setter
Schedule: Full-Time, 20-40 hrs/week, U.S. Business Hours
Location: Fully Remote
The Role
Your main responsibility will be working inside our CRM, managing leads, following up with prospects, rebooking missed or cancelled calls, and recalling leads who did not close to get them back on the calendar. This is a high-activity role that requires strong follow-up, organization, persistence, and the ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
This is also a growth role. High performers who consistently book quality calls, manage the CRM properly, and show strong sales potential will have the opportunity to transition into a closer position over time.
What You’ll Do
• Work daily inside our CRM to manage leads, call activity, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
• Rebook no-shows and get missed appointments back on the calendar
• Rebook cancelled calls and keep prospects engaged
• Recall leads who did not close and try to rebook them for another sales call
• Follow up with warm leads through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tasks
• Keep all CRM notes, lead statuses, and appointment details clean and updated
• Support the sales team by helping maintain a full and consistent calendar
• Identify interested prospects and make sure they are properly scheduled with a closer
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and quickly with prospects
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
Must Have Requirements
• Excellent English
• Experience in appointment setting, sales development, inside sales, or outbound calling
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM updates
• Comfortable following up multiple times without being pushy
• Persistent, coachable, and results-driven
• Able to work U.S. business hours
• CRM experience preferred, ideally HubSpot
• Startup mindset with the ability to move fast and take ownership
