Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Application Moderator at Belong. The Application Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and managing user interactions within the platform, ensuring a positive and safe community atmosphere. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and approving user-generated content, addressing user inquiries and issues, and fostering a welcoming environment for all community members.
Qualifications
⦁ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
⦁ Experience in community moderation or social media management
⦁ Ability to handle user interactions professionally and empathetically
⦁ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
⦁ Familiarity with online community platforms and tools
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
⦁ Experience in customer support or related fields is a plus
