Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and others.
2. Manage daily and monthly ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
3. Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly and monthly analytical reports.
4. Conduct continuous optimization to reduce CPA and improve conversion rates.
5. Collaborate with designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
6. Conduct competitive research and identify new growth opportunities.
7. Manage App-Install campaigns and attribution tracking (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer).
8. Run B2B merchant acquisition campaigns and support onboarding funnels.
9. Implement A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
10. Ensure proper tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and platform pixels.
Required Qualifications
– 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and media buying.
– Proven experience managing paid campaigns across major ad platforms.
– Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using GA4, Appsflyer, or similar tools.
– Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.
– Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
– Excellent communication and reporting skills.
