Support configuration and updates across Workday and business processes
Assist with documentation of configuration, business process flows, and system changes
Develop and execute test scripts for system related changes and enhancements
Support testing cycles, including defect tracking and follow-up
Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and clarify system behavior
Track and support project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing and issues are addressed
Assist with data validation and reporting checks as needed
Support release activities including testing and documentation updates
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and business process framework
Ability to document processes and configuration clearly and consistently
Experience with testing support, including test script creation and execution
Basic project management skills (task tracking, timelines, follow-ups)
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail oriented with ability to follow structured processes
Required Experience
3–5 years of Workday experience (HCM focused)
Experience supporting Workday configuration and business process updates
Experience supporting testing and release cycles
Exposure to project coordination or milestone tracking preferred
Experience working in global environments a plus
