Opportunity Overview

This role offers the opportunity to own Amazon performance day-to-day, drive commercial outcomes across trading and operations, and help improve marketplace execution across multiple regions.
Role Description
We’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join our client’s team. If you’re hands-on across Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, commercially sharp, and comfortable owning the details that protect and grow revenue, this could be the opportunity for you. You will run day-to-day trading, optimise listings and promotions, manage catalogue and stock issues, and use performance data to spot growth opportunities and risks early.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Trading Ownership – Run day-to-day trading across Vendor Central and Seller Central to drive revenue, availability and margin.
Listings & Content Optimisation – Optimise listings, content and catalogue health to improve traffic, conversion and Buy Box performance.
Pricing & Promotions – Execute and improve pricing, promotions and deals to maximise commercial impact.
Operations & Issue Resolution – Manage stock flow, POs, shortages, chargebacks and escalations to Amazon standards.
Performance Analysis – Analyse performance and competitors to surface growth opportunities and commercial risks early.
Cross-Functional Delivery – Coordinate stakeholders to deliver launches, campaigns and improvements on time.
Minimum Qualifications
Vendor/Seller Central Experience – Hands-on management of Vendor Central and/or Seller Central (not agency-only or “assisted”).
Trading Execution – Proven ability to run listings, pricing, promotions, stock and issue resolution end-to-end.
Commercial & Analytical – Confident working with sales, margin, traffic and conversion data to guide actions.
High Attention to Detail – Strong accuracy and proactive issue spotting to avoid revenue impact.
Prioritisation Under Pressure – Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Communication – Strong and fluent written and verbal English communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus Qualifications
Dual Platform Exposure – Experience running Vendor Central and Seller Central simultaneously.
Marketplace & Category Context – Beauty, skincare or FMCG marketplace experience.
Advanced Amazon Tools – Familiarity with Amazon SEO, Retail Analytics, A+ Content, Brand Stores and deal mechanics.
